Dental hygiene is an important aspect of your pet’s life.
Dental plague and tartar accumulate over time, leading to potentially severe dental disease that may require extractions and other medical problems elsewhere in the body. Dentals are available at Cuero Veterinary Clinic. Your pet will undergo sedation and anesthesia for the cleaning. As with any animal that is under anesthesia, in house blood work is offered to screen your pet for any health issues before anesthesia.
Pain medications are also available to be given before, during, and after surgery if needed. For dentals, please do not feed your pet after 10 p.m. the night before the dental.
